WANTED! Social Media Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

Social Media and Content Development

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content across several social media platforms. Driving engagement with a thorough content strategy targeting a vast range of customer segments from teens, young adults, parents etc.
  • Create / curate / source engaging content for use across all online mediums (aiming for 70-80% video content over others), including:o   Creating content for social use (video & display)o   Discovering  & re-purposing existing & external on brand content
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Always monitoring trends in the market, assessing if it can be used as BOUNCE content.
  • Driving smart paid social advertising activity to achieve business goals
  • Always discovering and trailing new/innovative social media marketing activity that works with the BOUNCE brand guidelines.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Community Management

  • Maintain constant interaction with the online community maintaining the BOUNCE brand voice.
  • Respond proactively to all reviews across all channels.

Website and EDM

  • Ownership of the local BOUNCE website, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging and updated regularly in accordance with the brand guidelines, and always optimised for driving conversion.
  • Creating and always optimising website pages to ensure best results
  • Manage EDM provider and actively drive database growth initiatives which may include acquisition.
  • Develop engaging and regular EDMs to communicate with existing database and drive online conversion.
  • Platforms.
  • Manage the execution of digital performance media.

Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Develop a quarterly social media strategy in conjunction with the broader marketing plan, in accordance with the brand guidelines and support materials provided by BOUNCE HQ.
  • Manage all social media marketing expenses and ensure budgets are maintained and funds allocated appropriately based on brand priorities.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years social media marketing experience working with a variety of social media channels, as well as exemplaryEnglish and traditional Chinese written, spelling, grammar skills and a strong attention to detail.

They will be creative and technically savvy, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Specific skillsets will include:

  • Sound knowledge in marketing across various social channels, specifically but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, YouTube, G+
  • Proficient in using Facebook Power Editor and Ads Manager
  • Sound understanding of social media analytics & metrics
  • Ability to use editing software to develop content, e.g. Photoshop, Premier etc.
  • Skills in sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, and to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound
  • Experience with Word Press CMS or similar to develop online content
  • Experience with Google Analytics

Experience with youth, sports or other relevant lifestyle brands is preferred and tertiary qualifications in Marketing are preferred but not essential.

Most importantly, the Social Media Coordinator needs to live and breathe the brand culture and values. They need to be a straight-talker and a problem-solver. They need to be ready to roll their sleeves up and get in alongside the team to make stuff happen. They need to be a leader with confidence born from self-belief, not ego.

Join the free-jumping revolution! BOUNCE is the biggest thing in sporty-adrenaline-rush fun to come out of Australia. A giant spring loaded urban playground of wall to wall trampolines, BOUNCE offers an airborne adrenaline rush with a soft landing for everyone from young kids learning tricks and flips, to athletes doing air-sports acrobatics.

We are looking for a superstar who is ready to leap into something life-changing, to live and breathe a powerful working culture that drives the evolution of the BOUNCE experience.

Hosts

As a Host your welcoming smile will make the first impression on each customer who comes into BOUNCE.  Your natural energy and helpful nature will instantly make customers feel welcome and even more excited to get bouncing (if that’s even possible!).

Providing the same bubbly, fast and quality experience that they have encountered at every touch-point in the venue, you will be akin to the multitasking grasshopper of Arthropod world.  Jumping between tasks, you offer customer service to all bouncers and guests, ensuring the venue looks terrific at all times and providing much needed refreshment and replenishment through our tuck shop. Your great organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all aspects of the Bounce experience are provided in a timely manner.

Your focus, ability to work as a member of a fast paced team and strong communication skills, along with an acquired knowledge of our many offerings, will ensure a seamless customer experience from guest arrival to deeply satisfied departure.

Referees

As a Referee you are passionate about the Free-Jumping Revolution and play a very active role in each customer’s free-jumping experience.  Whether you are hosting a kid’s party or school group, scoring a dodge ball game or inspiring a first time jumper, your outgoing and confident nature will see you interacting with customers of all ages.  Your passion and positive energy is balanced by a sensible and alert nature which puts Safety as priority #1 and makes you comfortable communicating safety instructions and guidance to all age groups.

Your athletic background and genuine love for anything sporty or adrenaline-fuelled means you are able to jump around and make someone’s day – either by encouraging them or even showing them a trick or two!

Your strong communication skills and ability to solve problems helps ensure that each customer has an awesome and safe time from the moment they enter BOUNCE, to the moment they leave!

The following experience is highly valued but not essential:

  • Barista
  • Trampoline (or Gymnastics) coaching qualifications
  • Food and beverage
  • Fitness instructor
  • Hosting parties/groups

L2/Senior First Aid and a current Working with Children Check is essential.

Experience Supervisors

As an Experience Supervisor you will actively monitor the efficient coordination of free-jump areas, kid’s parties and group bookings with a team of Referees. Possessing exceptional interpersonal, organisational and team building skills, you will have a positive and energetic cultural impact on the team, promote our engaging environment and ensure 100% commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

Working alongside the Experience Manager, you will thrive on motivating and training a team that consistently delivers an awesome experience.  Your experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment means that you can think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. You will be highly organised, solution driven and awesome with people. With a sound awareness of safety standards, you understand the importance of driving a prevention focus; including venue presentation, preventative maintenance checks and repairs.

Customer Services Supervisor

As a Customer Services Supervisor you will contribute to the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through the Reception, Food and Party areas.Possessing outstanding interpersonal, organisational and team building skills, you will have a positive and energetic cultural impact on the team, promote our engaging environment and ensure 100% commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

Working alongside the Customer Services Manager, you thrive on motivating and developing a team that consistently delivers an awesome experience.  Your experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment means that you can think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.  Leading by example, you will ensure that operational quality standards, systems and processes are consistently maintained; including venue presentation and a sound awareness of safety standards.

As a Supervisor you will also be:
